Electronic Support Measures (ESM)
Our ESM soluctions, derived from the Pegasus family of systems, can be configured to fit various mission needs in the areas of battlefield mapping, situation awareness, threat warning, emitter collection and analysis, and direction of arrival and location. Our precise algorithms, coupled with Lockheed Martin’s IS&S signal correlation and mission management software, provides an unparalleled system capability beyond traditional ESM suites.
The ESM systems embody the robust parametric measurement and reporting capabilities of our ELINT systems in a smaller package, offering manned or unmanned operations the same level of fidelity as our ELINT suites. Ranging in size and performance from 65 to 100 pounds, these suites provide near real-time threat analysis and reporting to on-board and off-board users. The software is automated and yet reprogrammable in-mission to allow hands-on or hands-off collection, identification, and reporting. Pre-, post-, and in-mission analysis tools are provided to assist the user in developing scenarios best suited for the mission and target set and in allowing mission adaptability. Various programmable filters and priority schema are used to minimize the operator workload for analyzing and reporting high-priority threats or all seen threats as determined by the operator or pre-mission programming.
