Cathy, Quality Assurance Technician

Cathy joined AST in August 1990. She was referred to a position in the Quality Assurance department by another employee.

Cathy thinks AST “is a great Company, and different from other companies.” She said that AST has an “ultimate vision to develop and deliver a quality product, and I am proud to be a part of that vision.”

Cathy feels that over the years, AST has developed a family-oriented atmosphere, and there is a sense of closeness and familiarity with her co-workers.

Cathy said, “I feel we are working toward a common goal, which is to make AST successful.”
