JaSondra, Business Analyst

JaSondra has been with AST since August 1993. JaSondra recalls that she started at the Company on a temporary assignment as a part-time administrative assistant. Fortunately, for the Company and for JaSondra, the temporary assignment led to a regular full-time position.

JaSondra says that the health care benefits, in comparison to other companies, are “great.” She enjoys the various “perks” such as the monthly lunches and breakfasts, holiday parties, and picnics. JaSondra likes the casual environment of AST, as well as the privacy that the office environment affords her. She goes on to say that she really enjoys the camaraderie of her fellow co-workers within her department.

When asked if she would refer someone to come and work for AST, JaSondra replied, “definitely!”
