Referral Program

 

At Raytheon Applied Signal Technology, we recognize that referrals are an excellent source for qualified candidates. Our referral program provides an opportunity for both employees and non-employees to refer talented candidates and receive cash awards if that individual is hired. We encourage our team to refer candidates that have or can obtain high-level security clearances.

 

Program Guidelines:

 

An Employee Referral Form must be completed and submitted with the candidate’s resume.

 

The Employee Referral Form and resume must be submitted prior to the candidate’s interview.

 

The referral resume is valid for one year from the date received or termination of the program, whichever comes first.

 

Candidates submitted for a specific requisition may be interviewed against any open position at Raytheon AST.
