Program Guidelines:

An Employee Referral Form must be completed and submitted with the candidate’s resume. |

The Employee Referral Form and resume must be submitted prior to the candidate’s interview. |

The referral resume is valid for one year from the date received or termination of the program, whichever comes first. |

Candidates submitted for a specific requisition may be interviewed against any open position at Raytheon AST. |
