Sunnyvale, CA, October 30, 2000 - eNetSecure, Inc., a turnkey network Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm, today announced the appointment of Alfred Moresi as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. A former Senior Partner with Ernst & Young, Alfred was responsible for Global Large Accounts in the Information Technology Services area covering ecommerce, security and IT infrastructure activities. Alfred will be responsible for establishing strategic alliances; building the sales, marketing, and distribution channel organizations; expanding the research, development, and engineering; and officially launching the eNetSecure service and product model.

Prior to joining eNetSecure, Mr. Moresi served as Senior Partner with Ernst & Young where he established the largest ecommerce, security, and IT infrastructure practice covering Silicon Valley, Pacific Northwest, and Asia. Before joining Ernst & Young, he established the ecommerce and security practice for Price Waterhouse Coopers in San Jose serving Silicon Valley. Mr. Moresi is an experienced entrepreneur and has founded and built two successful technology companies, Securatec S.A. and Syncware Corporation, which provided engineering design services and packaged software products, respectively, that were globally marketed. In addition, Alfred has held executive management positions with Citibank and Digital Equipment Corporation International. Alfred completed his Computer Science degree at the University of Illinois.
