TO HOST A CONFERENCE CALL ON FEBRUARY 18, 2003
TO DISCUSS FIRST QUARTER OPERATING RESULTS

Inc. (NASDAQ-APSG) announced
today that it will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 18,
2003 at 2:00PM Pacific Time (5:00PM Eastern Time) to discuss first
quarter operating results. Gary L. Yancey, President and CEO will
be hosting the call. The first quarter operating results will be
released through the newswire services on Tuesday, February 18,
2003 at 1:30PM Pacific Time (4:30PM Eastern Time).

will have the opportunity to listen to this event two ways
