to Host a Conference Call on August 28, 2007
to Discuss Third Quarter Operating Results

Signal Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: APSG) announced today that it
will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at 5:00PM
Eastern (2:00PM Pacific) to discuss second quarter operating
results. Gary L. Yancey, President and CEO, will host the call.
The second quarter operating results will be released through
the newswire services on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at 4:00PM
Eastern (1:00PM Pacific).
Investors will have the opportunity to listen to this event in
two ways: via teleconference or webcast.

is required. There will be a question and answer session at the
