Dynamics Technology Receives Outstanding Scores in GSA Customer Survey
91% of Government and industry customers rate DTI as a superior provider
ARLINGTON, VA , May 3, 2004 – Dynamics Technology, Inc. (DTI) received notification of outstanding customer satisfaction today from the General Services Administration (GSA), a central management agency for the U.S. Government that sets policy for Federal procurement. In reviewing DTI’s request to receive certification to provide government products and solutions, GSA conducted a survey of existing customer satisfaction, evaluating 21 areas. Government and industry customers awarded DTI the highest rating (9-10) for an overall performance rating of 91%, with superior performance in reliability, cost, business relations, personnel, customer support and responsiveness.

The feedback was obtained from agencies/companies in the following industries: aerospace, engineering services, commercial physical and biological research, noncommercial research organizations and national security.
