Certification to the Latest ISO Standard Reinforces Applied Signal Technology’s Commitment to Customers and Quality Assurance
SUNNYVALE, California, March 12, 2010 – Applied Signal Technology, Inc. (AST) (NASDAQ: APSG), a market leader in advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions, is proud to announce that its quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards through UL DQS Inc. Management Systems Solutions. This achievement is an important milestone, extending the company’s transformation as a provider of superior quality ISR products, systems, and services. The audit addressed all areas of AST operations – from engineering, product design and manufacturing, to delivery and customer service.
