Applied Signal Technology equipment is designed and manufactured with high reliability as the predominant goal. Should you need warranty or service support, you can be assured that we will respond as quickly as possible to meet your needs. The following information will assist you in processing the repair of your unit.
Warranty
The standard warranty on Applied Signal Technology products is 12 months after receipt of the equipment. If a product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge.
After the initial 12-month manufacturer warranty period expires, repairs made will be charged on a time and material basis. An initial fee of $1,000 to $3,000 will be charged to assess the unit, and the customer will be advised regarding repair costs prior to the work being performed.

Service and Repair

Please have the model number, serial number, and part number of your equipment available when you call.
When returning the unit for repair, please include a description of the malfunction, person to contact, return address, and telephone number.
All out-of-warranty repairs are invoiced based on required parts, labor, and shipping charges.
