PALEHORSE enables closer control of threats inside U.S. security zones. It pro¬vides U.S. military users unilateral network access in real time, allowing them to control information flowing in and out of U.S.-controlled zones and deploy cyber security policies rapidly within those zones. This improves effectiveness of existing offensive and defensive tools and capabilities, enabling large-scale, full-spectrum cyber operations to access selected real-time data streams with no interruption to normal network activities.
