Applied Signal Technology products are designed and manufactured with high reliability as the primary goal. However, should you need warranty or service support, you can be assured that we will respond quickly to resolve any operability issues.
Returning a Product for Repair
Should any of our products need to be returned for repair, a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained by contacting Pav Athwal (408-522-3537 or pathwal@appsig.com).
Please have the model number, serial number, and part number of your equipment available when you call.
When returning the unit for repair, please include a description of the malfunction, person to contact, return address, and telephone number.
All out-of-warranty repairs are invoiced based on required parts, labor, and shipping charges.
Warranty and Service Agreements
The standard warranty on Applied Signal Technology products is 12 months after receipt of the equipment. If a product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge.
After the initial 12-month manufacturer warranty period expires, repairs made will be charged on a time and material basis. An initial fee of $1,000 to $3,000 will be charged to assess the unit, and the customer will be advised regarding repair costs prior to the work being performed.
