From entry-level to management, employees are regularly able to participate in educational programs, professional development courses, technical seminars, and training activities, held both in our own training facilities and externally.

 

 

 

Tuition reimbursement

 

Employees are encouraged to participate in educational or training programs that will enhance their current job skills as well as advance their careers. Upon approval, the cost of tuition, books, and other materials may be reimbursed up to 100% upon successful completion of each course or program.

We seek out interns pursuing degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, biology, and chemistry. Raytheon AST may also have opportunities for students studying business administration, finance, marketing, communications, graphic design, human resource management, and related subjects.
