I did a one-year internship before this job. I had a mentor to help me adjust to the company. Everyone has been really helpful.

 

 

 

Q. What attracted you to Raytheon AST during your job search?

 

A.

I really liked the people I met during my internship and the challenges that working here would bring. I have an uncle who worked at Raytheon AST, and he strongly recommended the company.

Q. What do you like best about working for Raytheon AST?

 

A.

No cubicles and the employees are smart and helpful. The dress code and atmosphere is fairly relaxed, which makes it easy to work here.

 

 

 

Q. What advice would you give to people interested in starting a career at Raytheon AST?

 

A.

Come in with an open mind and listen to the engineers who have worked here for a while, you will learn a lot.

 

 

 

Q. What are some of your interests outside of work?

 

A.

I love playing and watching sports. I have an interest in cars, but usually spend most of my time hanging out with friends.
